Support & Operational Guidance
Comprehensive guidance for accredited Ambassadors, sponsored candidates, and platform administrators. Learn how to manage credentials, configure hardware passkeys, and troubleshoot communication permissions.
1. Invitation Credential Redemption & Induction ▼
Membership in The Ambassadors is strictly invitation-only. Every prospective member must possess a valid, single-use credential token provided by an accredited sponsoring Ambassador.
- Receive Invitation Credential: Your sponsor will transmit a secure single-use token (e.g. via direct message or encrypted dispatch).
-
Launch Application: Access the application via iPhone TestFlight, native mobile build, or secure browser portal (
https://app.axencion.com). - Enter Credential: Input the single-use token on the verification screen. The cryptographic lineage of your sponsoring Ambassador will be displayed.
- Confirm Profile: Review your accredited name, sovereign domain, and title to finalize your induction.
Note: Credential tokens expire automatically if unused. If your credential has expired, contact your sponsoring Ambassador to request a newly generated token.
2. Passkey Registration & Passwordless Authentication ▼
The Ambassadors relies on hardware-backed FIDO2 / WebAuthn passkeys (Apple Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or hardware security keys). Traditional passwords and SMS codes are not used.
- Initial Enrollment: Upon redeeming your credential, your operating system will prompt you to create a Passkey. Confirm with Face ID or biometric unlock.
- Subsequent Sign-Ins: Tap Authenticate with Passkey on the welcome screen. Your device hardware cryptographically confirms your identity in seconds.
- Platform Compatibility: Passkeys are natively synchronized through your secure cloud ecosystem (Apple iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager) across your personal devices.
3. Device Enrollment & Pairing Secondary Devices ▼
To use The Ambassadors across multiple authorized devices (e.g., iPhone and iPad, or mobile and desktop browser):
- Open Settings on Primary Device: Navigate to Settings & Security > Authorized Devices.
- Generate Pairing Code: Select Pair New Device to generate a time-limited, encrypted pairing QR code.
- Scan on Secondary Device: On your secondary device, open the pairing scanner and scan the QR code.
- Authorize: Confirm the cryptographic fingerprint match on your primary device. The new device is immediately enrolled with its own unique cryptographic key pair.
4. Microphone & Camera Permissions (Troubleshooting Calling) ▼
The Ambassadors requires microphone and camera authorization to conduct private voice and video calls. If your device displays a Permissions Required banner or if calls fail to connect:
iPhone Safari:
- Tap the aA icon on the left side of the Safari address bar.
- Select Website Settings.
- Set both Camera and Microphone to Allow.
- Refresh the page and return to the Calls screen.
iPhone Chrome:
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Chrome.
- Ensure Microphone and Camera toggles are enabled.
- Return to Chrome, tap the lock/tune icon in the address bar, and allow media permissions.
iOS Native / TestFlight:
- Open iOS Settings > The Ambassadors (or Axencion).
- Verify both Microphone and Camera permissions are switched ON.
5. Voice & Video Calling Architecture ▼
Calls are established using authenticated WebRTC signaling. Media streams are transmitted directly between participant devices with zero server recording or monitoring.
- Audio & Video Modes: You can place voice-only calls or high-definition video calls. During a video call, you can disable video at any time to seamlessly drop back to audio mode.
- Call History Details: Tapping any call entry in your recent calls list opens a detail sheet showing exact call direction, participant details, timestamp, and duration.
- Removing History: You can remove individual entries from your call history at any time without deleting the other party's records.
6. Profile Photographs & Identity Management ▼
Members may upload an authentic profile photograph to accompany their accreditation in the directory:
- Navigate to Profile: Open Settings & Security > My Profile > Edit Profile.
- Select Photograph: Tap the avatar circle and choose an image from your photo library or camera (JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB).
- Automatic Security Storage: Photographs are processed, optimized, and securely stored in encrypted cloud storage protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Only accredited members can view profile photos.
7. Lost Device Protocol & Emergency Lockdown ▼
If you misplace an authorized device or suspect unauthorized physical access:
- Revoke from Secondary Device: From any other authorized device, open Settings & Security > Authorized Devices. Tap the lost device and select Revoke Device. This instantly terminates its access tokens.
- Emergency Lockdown: On the affected device itself, navigate to Settings & Security > Emergency Lockdown. Confirm the action to instantly delete all local cryptographic keys, session tokens, and cached history.
- Re-enrollment: Once your device is secured, an accredited peer or sponsor can assist you with identity re-verification.
8. Account Deletion & Privacy Requests ▼
In compliance with Apple App Review Guidelines and data protection regulations:
Members may request permanent account deletion at any time. To initiate account deletion:
- Submit an email request to support@axencion.com (or privacy@axencion.com) stating your accredited full name and intent to permanently delete your account.
- Our administrative team will verify your authorization and permanently purge your member profile, device credentials, and storage objects from the production database within 30 days.
