1. Invitation-Only Access & Accreditation
The Ambassadors ("Service") is operated by Axencion ("we," "us," or "our"). Access to the Service is restricted exclusively to individuals who have been formally introduced and vouched for by an accredited member ("Sponsoring Ambassador") via a verified, single-use credential token.
- No Public Registration: Public self-registration is permanently disabled. Possession of a valid, unexpired credential token is a mandatory prerequisite for account induction.
- Nontransferable Accreditation: Invitation credentials and member accreditations are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or assigned to any third party.
- Sponsorship Responsibility: Sponsoring members are accountable for vouchsafing the authentic professional identity of the candidates they introduce.
2. Authorized Membership & Induction
Upon redeeming an invitation credential, you represent and warrant that:
- All profile information provided (full name, professional title, and sovereign domain) is accurate, truthful, and representative of your professional identity.
- You will not impersonate any person, diplomat, institution, or organization, nor misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Security & Device Responsibilities
The Ambassadors employs passwordless authentication via hardware-bound WebAuthn passkeys (Apple Face ID, Touch ID, or FIDO2 authenticators) and client-side end-to-end cryptographic keys:
- Device Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining physical control, biometric security, and password protection of all devices enrolled under your member profile.
- Private Key Custody: You acknowledge that cryptographic private keys are generated on and strictly confined to your personal hardware. Axencion does not possess or store your private keys and cannot decrypt or recover your communications if all authorized devices and passkeys are permanently lost.
- Prompt Revocation: In the event that an enrolled device is lost, stolen, or compromised, you agree to immediately revoke that device via an alternate authorized device or trigger an Emergency Lockdown.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The Ambassadors is established for professional, diplomatic, and confidential consultations. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and respect the privacy of other members.
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing purpose.
- Distribute malicious code, viruses, spyware, trojans, or unauthorized bots through messaging, voice notes, or attachments.
- Attempt to intercept, probe, scan, or reverse engineer platform infrastructure, signaling relays, or cryptographic protocols.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with device authorization controls, rate limits, or Row Level Security policies.
- Exfiltrate, scrape, or systematically index the member directory, member profiles, or peer contact information.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial solicitations, bulk advertising, or spam to accredited members.
5. Consequential Spaces (Doors) Governance
Participation in private committee spaces ("Doors") is governed by the space Custodian:
- Custodian Authority: The creating Ambassador or designated Custodian possesses administrative authority to invite members, manage participation, and permanently seal the Door upon conclusion of its mandate.
- Sealed Status: When a Door is sealed, active messaging ceases, and the historical records remain archived strictly in accordance with space permissions.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As set forth in the Privacy Policy:
- Real-time voice and video calls are transmitted directly between devices with zero server recording or monitoring.
- Message content is encrypted end-to-end before transmission and is stored in ciphertext form.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for accredited members. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted operational continuity and enterprise-grade uptime:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without intermittent interruptions, network latency, or maintenance windows.
- We reserve the right to deploy updates, security patches, and platform optimizations necessary to preserve system security and stability.
8. Suspension, Revocation & Termination
- Member Termination: You may terminate your membership at any time by triggering an Emergency Lockdown in Settings and submitting an account deletion request to support@axencion.com.
- Administrative Revocation: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership credentials immediately, without prior notice, if a member violates these Terms of Use, attempts unauthorized security circumvention, or engages in fraudulent identity representation.
